How the Magic Happens!

  • Choose your Enchantments

    Every magical creation begins with the perfect ingredients! Our budding Potion Masters will choose from four enchanted, scented bath potion bases, then add their own touch of magic with colourful hues and shimmering sparkle. The possibilities are simply enchanting!

  •  Brew a Little Magic

    Now it's time to brew a little magic! Our budding Potion Masters will mix their enchanted ingredients in their very own mini cauldron, bringing their magical creations to life. To make their potions even more extraordinary, they'll choose special keepsake charms to add a little extra enchantment!

  •  Bottle Your Creation

    The final enchantment! Every magical potion needs a name of its own! Our budding Potion Masters will give their one-of-a-kind creations an enchanting name and design their very own personalized potion tag before packaging their masterpiece in a magical potion bottle (approximately 8 oz), ready to take home and enjoy a little magic long after the adventure ends!

  • Official Potion Master Graduation

    The magic is complete, and it's time to celebrate! Having successfully brewed their very own enchanted creation, each budding Potion Master will receive an Official Potion Maker Graduation Certificate, a special keepsake to commemorate their magical achievement and welcome them into the wonderful world of potion-making!

Our Enchanted Party Package brings the wonder of potion-making directly to your doorstep, transforming your celebration into an unforgettable hands-on adventure.

From choosing mystical ingredients to brewing, bottling, and naming their very own creations, each budding Potion Master enjoys a magical experience filled with imagination, creativity, and enchanting memories.

What ages are your potion-making parties suitable for?

Magic has no age limit! At The Little Cauldron Co., we believe everyone deserves a little enchantment, no matter how young or young at heart! Our potion-making experiences are designed to spark imagination, inspire creativity, and bring a little magic to every celebration. After all, absolutely anyone can become an Apprentice Potion Maker!

How long does the magical experience last?

Our Enchanted Party Package includes approximately 60–90 minutes of guided potion-making fun! The exact duration may vary depending on the number and ages of participating Potion Masters.

How many Potion Makers can participate?

Our Enchanted Party Package starts at $250 CAD and includes up to 10 Apprentice Potion Masters. Planning a larger celebration? Additional participants may be accommodated for an extra charge, subject to availability and event arrangements.

Do you bring the Potion Academy to us?

Absolutely! The Little Cauldron Co. is a mobile potion-making experience. We bring the ingredients, equipment, and magic directly to your home or event venue. Travel charges may apply depending on the location.

What do I need to provide?

We'll bring the potion-making supplies and equipment, including protective table coverings. You'll need to provide a suitable, stable table area, enough seating or standing space for participants, and a safe space for the activity. We'll confirm any additional venue requirements before your event.

Do parents need to stay and supervise?

Yes, please! Our team guides the potion-making experience, but we are not a childcare service. At least ONE responsible adult must remain present and supervise participating children throughout the activity.

What do the Potion Makers get to take home?

Every Apprentice Potion Master will take home their very own personalized bath potion (approximately 8 oz), complete with magical keepsake charms and a custom-designed potion tag, along with an Official Potion Maker Graduation Certificate to commemorate their enchanting achievement!

Mini cauldrons and other potion-making equipment are provided for use during the experience and are not take-home items.

Are your potions suitable for children with allergies or sensitivities?

Our bath potion bases are scented, and the activity involves cosmetic ingredients and decorative materials. Please let us know about any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or accessibility needs before booking so we can review the ingredients and discuss whether suitable accommodations are possible. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Can we add magical loot bags?

Of course! Our Enchanted Essentials loot bags are $5 per child, and our upgraded Potion Master loot bags are $10 per child. Both are optional additions to your party package.

How do we reserve our party date?

Simply complete our Magical Party Booking Request Form! We'll review your preferred date, location, and party details, then contact you to confirm availability and the next steps. Submitting a request does not reserve your date. Your booking is secured once we've confirmed the arrangements and received the required agreement and deposit.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change! With at least 14 days' notice, deposits may be refunded or transferred to another available date. With 7–13 days' notice, deposits may be transferred once, subject to availability. With less than 7 days' notice, deposits are generally retained, subject to applicable law. Full terms will be provided in your Booking Confirmation & Agreement.
